Hi, I'm Amy, owner and stylist at IVYNINE.

I've been hairdressing for over 18 years, including working in London before making Christchurch home.

Colour has always been the part of hairdressing I love most. I specialise in lived-in blondes, rich dimensional brunettes, grey blending and creating healthy, beautiful hair that works with your lifestyle rather than against it.

After years of working in busy salons, I wanted IVYNINE to feel different. Relaxed. Welcoming. Personal.

I want you to be able to walk through the door, take a seat and feel like you've got a little bit of time that's just yours. Because a hair appointment shouldn't feel like another chore on your list.

We use professional EVO colour and haircare alongside treatments including Olaplex bond building to protect, strengthen and maintain the condition of your hair.

Our colour work is personalised to you, your natural colour, hair condition, lifestyle, maintenance preferences and where you'd ultimately like your hair to be.

Sometimes that means going lighter. Sometimes it means embracing more of your natural colour. And sometimes the best thing we can do for your hair is simply make what you already have look incredible.
