Returns & Refunds
At Amy CC Hairstyling, we want you to love your products. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at amy@amycchairstyling.co.nz so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns on:

• Haircare or supplement products due to hygiene and safety

• Gift vouchers or sale items

• Change-of-mind purchases

Exchanges
If a product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it with the same item or an agreed alternative.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was faulty or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless agreed.
